DAU CITY— Unidentified men riding-in-tandem dragged a woman along the road of Don Cornelio Subdivision in Dau City, Mabalacat, Pampanga past 3 A.M. last February 23. Shai Pedernal was waiting for her husband to pick her up when she was attacked by two men riding a TMX motorcycle.
